How a team plan works
- One shared pool. Translation hours and AI credits belong to the team, not to individual members. Somebody who watches four hours this week and somebody who watches none draw on the same balance.
- Flexible seats. Add or remove members as the group changes; you are not buying a fixed number of individual subscriptions.
- Both platforms. Every member gets the browser extension and the Windows app, the same as an individual plan.
- Onboarding help. Team plans come with a real person to get everyone set up.
This suits a group that watches the same material: a class following foreign-language lectures, a study group, or staff being trained on content in another language. It is the wrong shape for people who just happen to work at the same company and each want their own plan.
When the pool runs out
Because the balance is shared, it runs out for everybody at once. DubTab says so plainly and points members at their team admin — only the admin can add more, so there is nothing for an individual member to fix.

Team plans are quoted rather than bought from the pricing page, because the right size depends on how many people you have and how much they watch. Tell us roughly both of those and we will come back with a number.
